El hotel está correcto, pero carece de espacios al aire libre y de conexión con la naturaleza. Falta espacio de deporte y familiares. Las habitaciones no tienen buenas vistas sus ventanas son pequeñas. El desayuno es muy muy bueno el lobby está bien también, las piscinas bien pero sin entretenimiento alguno. El personal no maneja otro idioma que el portugués. La ubicación es lejana y su lejanía no aprovecha la conexión naturaleza. Vi mejores opciones en Gramado

The structure of the hotel is very good. The mattress and pillows are not good, I woke up several times at night with neck pain. Breakfast is good, nothing extraordinary.
It is worth a cost-benefit of R$600.00 per night maximum.

Very good hotel, with an incredible leisure area for families, especially those with small children.
Very good breakfast, lots of variety, everything fresh.
I think the cleanliness leaves a little to be desired. You can't walk barefoot without feeling the dust on the floor. The towels are also very worn.
Another annoying point is the parking fee, which is 42 reais.
There is no parking on the street, so it is mandatory to consider this cost when booking your accommodation.
